Queen Malika is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. Once the package has left the Queen Malika facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Queen Malika is not liable for any returns due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Queen Malika has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility. All orders considered lost, damaged, or delayed must be addressed within 10 days of the most recent tracking scan or delivery date.
Any requests for address changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin being processed once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.
For all orders over $250, shipping methods available are only International Express services. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Queen Malika does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Due to the nature of our goods We only offer a refund on all unused, unopened merchandise from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer. Please note, we only accept returns from Queenmalika.com
We do not accept exchanges on any orders.
Any refunds for items purchased within gift sets are not accepted separately. All gifts or collection sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund.
Order can't be returned after 30 days.
Packages returned back to Queen Malika due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.
Please allow 7-15 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement. Should you require further assistance, please email info@Queenmalika.com.
If an item may be considered defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your Name and Order Number. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt. After 30 days, customers are only eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by queenmalika.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
Mistake or Damaged Order:
Please email info@Queenmalika.com within 7 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as mistakes or damaged products. All mistakes or damaged orders must be resolved within 7 business days of original contact to receive full credit/replacement.
